Our Theme -Animal kingdom and Joy of Giving continues for the month of December. Children revised Story Elements after viewing The Three Billy Goats story. This week we gathered more information about the classification of animals- vertebrate and invertebrate animals and played games related to the same. Children enjoyed the session of a virtual visit -Jungle Safari and Amazon Forest.
In Art children painted the famous Indian artist M.F. Hussain’s Horses painting. In Language Children learned “r” blend words and also digraphs. Students learned a new concept -Subtraction in math and solved the number equations with materials. We played fun games on Friday to enhance and build our reasoning and logical thinking. Children also honed their fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination by cutting on the line - images of squares and circles sketched by them.
