This Week, we learnt the 3 D shape Cube, and identified the objects with this. 3 D shape. We also counted the faces and corners of the Cube. Students also learnt about the Monsoon season, months, food, clothing and how to protect ourselves from rains. How Rain is formed was explained through video and a story thus learning about the Water Cycle. A followup activity of drawing a water cycle was done with them. Students also learnt to make an umbrella by creating a fan fold in origami paper and drew the monsoon scenery on their page.
We also did High Tea Corn Chaat. All the kids were excited to rustle up the snack and eat it. We learned letter sounds c and d and numbers 3 and 4. It was an exciting week and kids described how they loved to jump in muddy puddles!!
