Christmas (or the Feast of the Nativity) is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed primarily on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world. At Beaumont we celebrate this festival every year with a lot of joy and enthusiasm. This year too though we celebrated online, children had a great time and also had the opportunity to understand and imbibe values of being caring, giving and sharing- which represent the true spirit of Christmas.
Christmas Celebration was week-long as we sang carols and watched a few videos about Christmas. Students did Reindeer Christmas cards for craft and enjoyed making the reindeers. We also did High Tea by using seasonal fruits like Strawberry, Apple and Banana. Children loved the fruit stick dipped in yummy Chocolate Sauce. On the last day of the year, 18th December, Students came dressed for the online party and we cotton dabbed the Christmas tree cutouts and decorated with ornamental materials. Students sang Christmas Carols and we wished each other Merry Christmas and Happy New Year promising to meet when we reopen on 4th January 2021.
Wishing everyone A Merry Christmas and A Very Happy New Year 2021.
