In the second week of October month SKG students undertook a virtual field trip to an indoor garden. Children saw different carnivorous plants like the Pitcher plant and Venus Fly Trap. They also got to see beautiful Orchids, Jade and Touch Me Nots. Students learned how the different parts of the plant function and how they prepare their own food. For the science experiment SKG students grew indoor plants, which they watered every day and observed from a tiny seed, how the baby plant grows. The students also learned about the parts of the flower through a craft activity.
