Senior KG class celebrated Republic Day, children were dressed in tricoloured clothes. We discussed about our Indian Freedom Fighters. Children also shared their information about Freedom Fighters. We explained the significance of Republic Day, the year in which our country became a Republic and How we celebrate Republic Day in India. We viewed videos related to the Republic Day parade. Children enjoyed the march past and followed suit at home. In art, children did tri-coloured thread painting.
