This week students of the Nursery class explored more about our theme as they were introduced to the Sun, Moon & Earth through nomenclature cards and audiovisuals. They showed keen interest when learning about the concept of Day & Night followed by the craft activity. Students excitedly drew a Sun, coloured it and later sprinkled glitter.
They also learned about the phases of the Moon, Full Moon, Half Moon and No Moon through audiovisual and cards followed by Hi-Tea, students were happy to make phases of the moon by using biscuits and chocolate syrup and they happily relished their yummy treat.
Students always look forward to attend all our specialist classes such as Speech & Drama, Music, Dance and P.E.
