This week students of Nursery enjoyed offline and online classes as they explored the new theme of the month Transport and Communication. They learned the names of the three modes of transport that is Land, Air and Water transport. They learned specifically about land transport through discussions, Videos and Rhymes.
They enjoyed doing the Math activity -Spindle Box, each student took turns doing this activity. They learned a new number -7 through sandpaper numbers and also did tracing. We also did revision of landforms -Lake and Island using Montessori materials. Students showed keen interest in learning about Traffic Lights and Safety & Security through discussions, videos and rhymes. They enjoyed playing with their friends in the outdoor play area and had a great time during our specialist classes Music and Dance. It was indeed a wonderful week!
