Students learnt about the National Symbols of India. We also made a flag badge for the Independence Day celebration. Mango, the national fruit of India, was moulded using play dough. Students did an activity of washing fruits in practical life.
We practiced and revised precautions to be taken in Covid times. Students showed great enthusiasm in Show and Tell. Students narrated the Diwali and Holi mythological story. A student shared a ppt telling us about a German Festival and Onam.
Students are learning a great deal and we can write letter sounds a - g and numbers 1-9. Rough and smooth concepts were explained and students gave real life examples and shared objects with smooth and rough textures. Good Job, Roses!!
