This week the Toddler and Nursery class were introduced to India( Name of the Country)and the National Flag. We did an introduction to Mumbai our city and Arabian Sea. The kids were then introduced to the rhyme Salute The Flag, which they sang along to as well. They were shown the globe and were not only informed what a globe is but were also shown where India is located.
The kids were further reminded and educated about our country and were also shown a video on Raksha Bandhan. We also discussed the importance and significance of this amazing Indian festival.
Students of Toddler and Nursery were introduced to the concept of One and Many through objects followed by a Worksheet. It was indeed a great week!
